  I've entrusted services with Lucas Memorial twice. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with both an expected departure of a loved one as well as an unexpected departure. The entire team here is courteous, understanding, and prompt when responding to request. Hopefully I don't need their services anytime soon but if I do, I'll be sure to give them a call.

  I love the staff they're so kind and polite .The chapel is so clean and well kept.

  Very professional and very down to earth and also loving group of people to work with I pray I never have to plan another funeral but if I ever had to I would definitely use their services again

  UPDATE: Mr. Lucas has reached out to the family and has given his word to make good on the situation.
  
  When the Brother of one of my employees passed, I was unable to attend services so I had food delivered the day of the calling hours. The restaurant was kind enough to attach a sympathy card and the staff at the funeral home didn't bother checking the card. They just directed the delivery person to their lounge and another family consumed the food. I had even called and spoke to someone on staff and told them what I was doing and whom it was for and when a good time to have the delivery made would be. They refuse to make it right and say that it's not the same thing as sending flowers so they are not responsible. All I asked is that they send the family a gift card for the equivalent dollar amount as a good will gesture and they refuse. When people pass away it's pretty standard to have friends and family send flowers and food. This was a huge error on their part and now they take no responsibility or even called the family it was meant for to apologize. Mistakes happen but they need to take ownership.
