  They behaved like ass clowns during a funeral I attended. A guy handed me a flower to put in the grave with a floral water tube still attached to it. They had zero technology. They told me that had a monitor/TV to hook up my computer to and told someone else they had a DVD player with a monitor/TV. They had no DVD player or monitor/TV, and then tried to blame it on us. Bottom line is they do not have any technology for slide shows, which is ludicrous. They think paying a final tribute to your loved one on a small laptop screen that hardly anyone can see is acceptable.

  The dvd player and monitor is always available as anybody who has been to the funeral home has seen it. The business has been there for over 75 years. Any request can be accommodated.
